My move in experience was great. The staff is responsive including maintenance. The grounds and breezeway are clean and well kept. The complex is well lit up at night. I feel safe here. It's very quiet over here. I'm happy to call 1295 west my new home.

The leasing staff are very attentive and move pretty urgently when it comes to issues you may have, and the have flexible leasing options. Maintenance is pretty cool too. Definitely would recommend!
